Returns Information



1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (excluding defective)


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product to its original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must follow these steps:

a) Fill in the attached return form.(Returns Form)

b) Place the product you wish to return in a safe package, as a prerequisite is that the returned product is in the condition in which you received it, ie it has not been damaged or damaged.

c) Send an e-mail with your name, order number and the date you received the product, to returns@brunoscarpe.com, explicitly stating that you are withdrawing from the transaction and returning the product.


We need 3-5 working days from receiving the products to process the return and to process the returned products. Once the product inspection is completed, you will receive a relevant informative e-mail.

After receiving this e-mail we will need 5-10 working days for your refund. This time frame is dictated by the bank.

 

d) For Returns within Greece:


Call the branch of the courier company "Elta Courier" that serves you, in order for the parcel to be delivered to us, at the address Eletheriou Venizelou 48, PC 56430 Thessaloniki, Greece, +30 2310 278 087.

BrunoScarpe assumes the (first) return costs of your order, provided of course you choose the courier company in question with which we work (otherwise you will be charged exclusively with the return costs).

In case of refund within the same order, the costs are borne exclusively by you and their amount depends on the carrier you choose, the weight of the parcel, the place of shipment and other factors (except in the case of defective products, such as you will see below in paragraph 2).

 

e) For Returns from Cyprus:


Call to 
+30 2310 278 087 or send an email to returns@brunoscarpe.com, in order for the parcel to be delivered to us, at the address Eletheriou Venizelou 48, PC 56430 Thessaloniki, Greece.

In case of return of the order, the costs are borne exclusively by you and their amount depends on the carrier you choose, the weight of the package and other factors (except in the case of defective products, as you will see below in paragraph 2).

 

Once the above have been observed, we will proceed with your refund immediately upon receipt and examination of the parcel.

The returned products are under your responsibility until they reach us. You must send the product back or deliver it to the above address, without undue delay and definitely within 10 calendar days from the day you told us you were withdrawing from the sale.

 

2. RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT


Our products are famous for their excellent quality. However, if the product you received is defective or the product you received does not match the product you ordered, you should follow these steps:
a) Fill in the attached return form (with as many details as possible).(Returns Form)

b) Place the product you wish to return in secure packaging.

c) Contact the customer service department electronically at e-mail returns@brunoscarpe.com.

Let us inform you that in this case (defective product) you are not charged with shipping costs.

3. MONEY RETURN PROCEDURE


Refunds will be made on the same payment method you used for your original purchase.


Payment by Credit / Paypal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card or your Paypal account.


4. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT


In case instead of a refund you wish to replace the product (eg defect, product failure), you can request it either via the email you will send us (as mentioned above).

For higher value products, the replacement is made if you pay the extra difference.

To replace product with product or products of lower value, Bruno Scarpe returns the resulting monetary difference.
